Being a lactation counselor do u know what gives me a soul satisfaction. Here comes the story of a mother who made her breastfeeding journey successful with lots of dedication. Happy to be a small part in her wonderful breastfeeding journey. A mother shared her story👇

My baby was born pre term .. had some latching issues.. pediatric suggested me to give formula..somewhere my mother instinct didn't accept it.. that's when I met lc hema mam .. she gave reassurance to continue breastfeeding.. mam taught us exercise to increase the sucking capacity of baby.. constant follow up and her guidance is highly appreciated.. I got sore ni**le issues again.. mam helped me with correcting positioning and posture ..iam happy that I found u mam as lc so that I can continue my breast feeding.. 8 months going strong.. 💜

cup advantages periods friendly 😍
Hi! It's really happy Periods.
I had PCOD my periods lasts for 4 to 5 full days. And most of the months I end up with rashes and don't have a comfortable good night sleep coz of leakage. Now it's been 6 months that am using cup. And have on heaven since then. Very comfortable sleep. So confident that there won't b a drop of leakage.
Hema's session helped me clear my huge mind block as I had been reading up on cup usage for the past 2 years. Her session was "the moment" for me to come out of the shell.
Thanks to her for having turned me to a responsible women by not dumping a minimum of 20 pads a month into the soil.
