Women, frequent UTIs aren’t just a “coincidence," they’re often your body asking for better care.

According to Ayurveda, UTI in women is linked to imbalanced digestion (Agni), excess heat (Pitta), and daily habits that disturb the urinary system.

👇 Here’s why these “normal habits” can actually make UTIs worse:

1️⃣ Not drinking enough water
When you don’t drink water, the body dries out and wastes/toxins don’t flush out. This makes urine infections easier.

2️⃣ Using public toilets
Public toilets may carry germs. When they enter the body, they disturb the natural balance and can cause burning or infection.

3️⃣ Not keeping proper hygiene
If the intimate area is not kept clean, germs collect there and can travel into the urine passage.

4️⃣ Using harsh soaps or intimate washes
Strong soaps disturb the natural protection of the intimate area and create heat and irritation, which can lead to infection.

🌿 Ayurveda focuses on correcting habits, cooling excess heat, and strengthening immunity at the root, not just suppressing symptoms.

🥬 Spinach and paneer may look healthy, but for many people, this combination can feel heavy on the stomach.

Ayurveda reminds us that good digestion depends not just on what we eat, but also on food combinations, cooking methods, and spices.

If spinach often causes bloating or heaviness for you, it may need better pairing and support for Agni (digestive fire).

Some gut-friendly Ayurvedic ways to eat spinach:

🌿 Spinach cooked in ghee with ginger, cumin, and hing
🌿 Pair spinach with moong dal, masoor dal, or aloo instead of paneer
🌿 Add warm grains like rice or millet for easier digestion
🌿 Use spices like black pepper, ajwain, and turmeric to reduce gas.
Never eat spinach RAW.

The goal isn’t restriction, it’s nourishment without discomfort.

📤 Share this with everyone who loves palak paneer.

POV: Your liver is quietly working 24/7!

🌿 In Ayurveda, the liver is linked to Pitta (bile), the energy behind digestion, heat, and transformation.

When it’s constantly overloaded with acidic toxins, it can become inflamed and overheated.

Over time, this internal heat may push the immune system into overreaction, sometimes showing up as autoimmune issues.

True healing starts by lightening the liver’s daily load and restoring balance, gently, not aggressively.

So, try this simple detox drink, and DM “HEAL” for personalised Ayurvedic guidance 💌

Ever wondered why your supplements stop working after a while?

Because in Ayurveda, supplements are never the first solution, food is 🥗
Your body understands real food better than any capsule or gummy.

Nutrients from whole foods absorb more naturally, support your digestion, and work with your body, not against it.

That’s why, before suggesting any supplement, we always correct your diet and lifestyle first.

So, start with your kitchen. Heal with what’s on your plate because supplements can support you, but they can’t replace nature 🌿

😴 Struggling with sleepless nights, overthinking, or waking up tired every morning? You’re not alone!

Insomnia has become one of the most common modern lifestyle issues.

🚨 Severe neck pain after delivery is not normal, and it shouldn’t be ignored!

Meet our patient Arnavi.

After her 2nd delivery, she started suffering from degenerative changes, with severe neck pain radiating to the left arm.

The pain became so intense that she was unable to hold her child, and her sleep was disturbed, which further increased the pain.

On investigation, the MRI neck showed degenerative changes in her cervical region (C2–C3).

Gradually, the pain worsened with burning and throbbing sensations spreading through her arm, back, and chest, along with back pain radiating to the left leg.

After detailed history-taking, we started her Ayurvedic treatment focusing on:

🌿 Aam Pachan (improving digestion & reducing toxins)
🌿 Raktashodhan (blood purification)
🌿 Vatshamak Chikitsa (balancing aggravated Vata)

This was followed by Panchakarma therapies, including Virechan, Basti, Nasya, and Manyabasti, planned according to her condition.

With consistent treatment, the patient showed around 90% improvement.

Today, she is able to do her daily chores easily and manage her routine comfortably.

If you are experiencing long-term neck pain, radiating pain, or post-delivery joint issues and want personalised Ayurvedic care, DM “HEAL” 💌
