Rehabilitation is the process of capacity build up of individual suffering addicts to overcome from their sickness, empower them to face the reality of society and taking responsibilities of their own and families. July marks a powerful chapter in our lives.
I, James Singh, proudly celebrate 5 years of sobriety on 1st July— five years of strength, growth, and resilience.
Standing beside me is my dear brother Suman, who completes his first year sober on 2 nd July— a journey that takes immense courage and heart.

Recovery isn’t easy, but walking this path together has made us stronger, more grounded, and more grateful.
Two different milestones, one shared commitment — to live a life of clarity, purpose, and hope.

By the GRACE Of GOD, Help Of Program and fellowship both of you have completed 1st year CLEAN and SOBER.

When a child tries to learn to walk he falls, again he stands up and tries again. After multiple attempts he learns to walk. Same is the journey of RECOVERY trying and relapsing and trying again and again till one day the days turn into weeks and months and year.

On 1st july, I SURRENDERED myself. I MUSTERED UP some COURAGE and asked for HELP. I began a NEW WAY of LIFE. SLOWLY, I became HONEST. I SOUGHT to HELP OTHERS. I became a GIVER. I TOOK LESS. I began to feel... PLEASURE, PAIN, SADNESS and JOY. On this day... I got SOBER.

Every year on June 26th, the world comes together to observe the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. Established by the United Nations in 1987, this day serves as a global reminder of the urgent need to combat the pervasive issues of drug abuse and illicit trafficking.

Theme:- “The evidence is clear: Invest in prevention”

According to the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, this year's World Drug Day is a call to:

Raise awareness: Increase understanding of the effectiveness of evidence-based prevention strategies in mitigating drug use harms.

Advocate for investment: Encourage greater investment in prevention efforts, highlighting the benefits of early intervention.

Empower communities: Equip communities to implement evidence-based prevention initiatives and promote community-led solutions.

Facilitate dialogue and collaboration: Promote stakeholder collaboration to enhance prevention practices and policies.

Promote evidence-based policymaking: Advocate for drug policies grounded in scientific research.

Engage communities: Raise awareness of community engagement in drug prevention programs.
