Being humble is not underplaying yourself -
but rather owning and knowing who you are, all the dark and bright corners.

Being humble is trusting your intentions enough to not be affected by other people’s inner dramas.

Being humble is staying open and curious like a child - to growth and knowing that knowledge is endless - and the best exchanges and constructive , not conflicted.

Being humble is remembering that everyone and everything is a teacher especially those experiences that are hurtful.

Being humble is knowing yourself enough that there is no room for anything or anyone to bother you anymore.

Being humble is reminding yourself that things take time. Everything. Relationships. Ideas. Work. Love. Dreams.

Being humble is reminding ourselves that we all come to earth with a role and not all roles have everything you wanted to have.

Being humble is grateful for all that you have with non stop wonder.

🪽 If you want to change something in your life, start with changing yourself.

🪽 humbleness is the greatest starting point to a day

🪽 gratitude is the greatest ending point to a day

🪽 everyone will look different when you see that everyone is a teacher

🪽 everything will feel different when you see that everything is an experience

🪽 you can escape from a person or place but you cannot escape from what you’re here to learn.

🪽 ground yourself in love and faith, start with taking care of your health and all will always fall into place.

How to Transit from Fallen Star (Easy Version) to Warrior Two.

Remember as always.
• Exhale on the transitions
• Inhale-exhale when you arrive there to expand and relax
• Keep Core muscles engaged to support the arrival poses
• the 70 % Rule : Aim for 70% of the the full pose to ensure safety for your spine while the body warms up.

The Breath here is another chapter altogether - for you to explore deeper when you self-practice.
