Happy Mahakumbh and happy Maha Shivratri to all.
Last month on the 29th January I got an opportunity to take a dip in Sangam River, Partage Raj among about 100 million people. The Mahakumbh is such a significant event, and I’m feeling grateful to being part of the divine gathering at Prayagraj. It’s incredible to be a part of the energy, emotion and connection with millions of people coming together for such a sacred occasion. I had an amazing experience there in Mahakumbha and I’m still thrilled.
Just sharing some memories of the biggest event of Universe🙏🏼

I'm back in Sydney 🙂. Next month with Spring beginning I am inviting you to join me for a meditative transformation. In Yogic culture Spring is a wonderful season to invigorate your Yoga/spiritual journey. There is an upsurge of life force energy to flourish, bloom and transform your inner life. This is the time when change happens and habits breaks. You can see this transformation all around you at this time and how quickly change takes place. This is the time where one step is equal to 10 steps.
I would love to invite all of you to journey into this transformative energy together. I will be teaching Maitri Mangal Dhyan.
What is Maitri, Mangal and Dhyan?
Maitri - means affable, kind, loving and grateful - with an active awareness for truth
Mangal - Mangal Bhavana is about consciously development and cultivating auspicious, good and pure blessings to all for health, wealth and totality of life’s blessings.
Dhyan - Dhyan means transcending thoughts / mind by being a Seer and witnessing consciously.

Starting on the 12th, 19th, 26th, of September, 7 am to 7 :35am, Sydney time.

After a long time away from the beach we are back.
First 200hrs commencing 14 November to 9 December.

We can’t wait to welcome new students (and hopefully see some old faces once again)

Our graduate Radha has started a program named Super Kids Yoga in Sydney which provides fun and empowering yoga classes for kids. they combine mindfulness practices of Yoga & meditation with games, story time and music to help build confidence, coordination and emotional self-regulation skills. Very cool! 👧👦
