Ashiyana is a tropical retreat centre located on the beautiful and unspoiled Mandrem Beach and the enchanting Mandrem river in the very north of Goa. We warmly invite you to come and visit us between 1st October and 30th April. You can stay with us on one of our retreats, yoga holidays, yoga teacher trainings, massage trainings. Alternatively join us for yoga classes and workshops at the drop-in centre if you are staying in the area. There can be a tendency to push harder or expect more from ourselves, but lasting change is rarely built that way. Instead, it comes from what we can gently return to each day—creating a sense of trust, stability, and support within ourselves.
