I will be taking a little side step from my traditional Ashtanga path. Introducing POWERYOGA this Saturday 8-9 am.

A fresh blend of Ashtanga & Bikram hot Yoga poses. Beginner and advanced yogi will be guided from pose to pose breath by breath, engaging the core while maintaining focus.

What you probably didn’t know is that before embarking on my Ashtanga path I was a Bikram Hot Yoga practitioner for 5 years ànd participated in the Dutch national asana competitions in 2015 and asana demonstration in 2016.

The whole month of August you can practice with me for only $10/class.

This September I will be leaving the island to travel and study at the source of all modern Yoga in Mysore, India. I’ve been accepted to study with the grandson of the founder of Ashtanga yoga. So take your chance now to take one or more classes with me before I leave for 6 months.
