Tessa from New Zealand &
is a physiotherapist by profession but a yogi at heart. She is super energetic in sharing her knowledge and experience. She combines yoga with the knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology. Andreea is our amazing Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series teacher along with hands on Alignments & Adjustments. She loves Ashtanga and often practices in Mysore. Her passion is to practice and teach Ashtanga. She is highly disciplined but in a very loving way. We are very happy to have her on our team since 2022.

Meet your teachers 💞
Vinny is our Vinyasa teacher for Nov'25 200hr YTTC. He specialized in Yin & TCM. He has been teaching for the last 10 years and is passionate about his work and commitment. He finds his purpose in empowering his students with whatever he shares. His students say that he is gentle, grounded, accessible and disciplined. He has already taught at on many trainings. We are very happy with his presence on our trainings. He also leads the Yin in the Yin & Yoga Nidra TTC. 🧘🫶
