Exciting life update, beloved community!
I've relocated overseas to be with my husband and deepen my expertise in mental health. Six years ago, my personal mental health journey began during my Masters in clinical psychology, leading to the creation of YOUR IKIKAI - an organization rooted in evidence-based methods. Now 4 years strong, we provide a team of trained psychologists, experienced psychiatrists, and the KOC support group - our cherished community, our chosen family. Leaving my cherished city is bittersweet, yet passing the torch to Mannya brings joy. With 3 years of diverse experience in Bangalore's cosmopolitan setting, she's the perfect fit to keep the beacon shining.
