Another dedicated FitWood client sharing her journey with us “Lockdown made everyone’s life messy, lazy and foodie. To kill time during lockdown I used to cook a variety of dishes and happily eat, but never bothered about weight. I wasn’t doing any kind of workouts and that made me reach 67kgs. I felt really bad about myself when I just couldn’t bend and do some regular work at home. Late night eating and Improper sleep gave me shoulder pains and backaches.

I thought going to the gym is the only way to get rid of the weight but fitwood proved me wrong. I am very thankful to my friend who suggested that I join this crazy dance workout. Just trust me, my first class of fitwood was difficult as it was online and couldn’t follow the steps. I thought of quitting . But the very next day, ma’am (instructor) made me comfortable and encouraged me to complete the tasks throughout the session with her amazing energetic performances. So it all started from there. Now I just can’t keep myself calm without fitwood.

Before, I never liked to click pictures so I do not have many to share here. I used to run away from the camera. So it might be difficult to see my transformation but I lost around 17kg.
Thanks to sir for this wonderful platform. Fitwood isn’t just a place to reduce some weight but also a place where it teaches how to respect your body in-terms of food intake and maintain proper sleep and stress free lifestyle.”

Here's the story of our client " I began my journey at Fitwood 5 months ago. I weighed about 66 Kgs.
I had fractured my ankle due to which i was unable to exercise and my craving to eat junk food and drink beer (which never stopped at one mug 😂) caused me to gain weight. I was lethargic, felt heavy and tired and I knew it was high time to get back on track and in shape.
Today after losing nearly 11 kgs , I am proud and happy to be able to flaunt myself in clothes that never fit me before. It takes a lot of effort and dedication to make a lifestyle change, but it definitely does pay off. I feel so good about myself today.
A big shout out to my darling friend aka my trainer . And not to forget for being there with a stick (not literally) whenever I wanted to give up.
It has been a fabulous journey and has helped me a lot, both mentally and physically. Thank you guys for your constant encouragement and support along the way 😊"

So happy to share the journey of another FitWood client with you all “Exactly a year ago, I was terribly downcast, my relationship with food unhealthy, and my self-esteem at its rock-bottom. For the ambitious person that I am, it sunk my heart to have found myself in such spiritless form. Four months later, my school best friend .shenoy had a health -weight loss transformation with the guidance of team . That’s when I decided to fight, joined and got started on a journey that changed my life forever.

8 months with Fitwood and 25 kgs down, today I’m way happier and healthier, in how I eat, think, feel, and live everyday. My allergies significantly alleviated, and I hold a newfound hope today. My body today thanks me for taking care of it and making it fit, and I thank the entire team of for helping me do it.

Here is a transformation story by another dedicated client of FitWood from Cochin, Kerala- "My journey started during a night after I had a conversation with my sister regarding weight loss. Later on I enquired about weight loss to my friend and she had lost weight and recommended and then on my journey started. The highlight of is the diet which is easy to follow and nothing complicated and fancy. It is clean and very easy to follow and can follow the diet anywhere u go. I cannot stop thanking for pushing me, motivating and helping me as a sister, friend and what not. I never came across such an energetic person. The positivity in her is too high. Here is a story of our student
"It's been a year since I started my journey majorly for relief of my mind and to come out from stress. I weighed 74kgs and dreamed to reach 58 kgs one day, so one day, after few months when checked our weight I was surprised to see 69kgs. I jumped from the weighing scale and hugged out of happiness as I had never expected to see the reduction in my weight.
Slowly I started to focus on reaching my target but suddenly there was a lockdown and FitWood offline classes were closed. I was upset, but immediately they started online sessions and I was very happy to get back on track. I used to have a lot of network issues at my place because of which I could not attend the classes properly. I used to dance in my kitchen which was the only place with a good network, I still kept going without loosing hope.
Finally the offline classes started again and everything was almost back to normal. I remember sir had introduced me to the class telling that I was the 1st Muslim lady to loose weight which encouraged me to achieve my target faster. When I reached 58, sir asked me to loose another 2 kgs took reach a healthy BMI but I was not all that interested. I ended up eating chocolate and got a nice bomb shouting from sir which made me cry, but it also thought me a lesson to be more concentrated towards my fitness goal and helped me to work towards sir's target. Once there was a birthday celebration in class and everyone got to eat a piece of the cake in front of me and I was on a very strict diet. There was cream all over my hands, I washed it without even tasting it a little bit.
Alhamdulillah finally I am 54kgs now all thanks to , , , , who helped me reach my goal
