The NSS Special Camp-2025 Inauguration was held at Jawahar Navodaya Vidhyala, Mudipu Mangaluru on 13/10/2025 from 3pm to 5pm. The event themed "Service with Purpose, Action with Passion" was organized by the NSS Unit of Sharada Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital (SAMCH), Mangaluru. Chief Guest Dr. Ashwini S Shetty, Director of Directorate of extension and outreach activities at Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), graced the occasion along with guests of honour Dr. M.B Puranik, Dr. Sandeep Bekal, and Mr. P. Rajesh and Programme Officer Dr Ranjith Dr Deepa. The event aimed to motivate and inspire NSS volunteers in their service and learning journey.

AYURVEDA AWARNESS PROGRAM:
On October 10, 2025, an awareness program on Ayurveda along with Gavya Chikitsa was organized at the Talapady Sri Durgaparameshwari Temple as part of the weekly Dharma Shikshana program in association with Sharada Ayurveda Medical College and hospital . The resource persons were Dr. D. P. Ramesh, a renowned Panchagavya specialist, and Dr. Shilpa Suraj professor , Department of Panchakarma, who shared their expertise on Ayurveda and Gavya Chikitsa. Information was also provided on the various specialized treatments available at the hospital for various health issues including back pain, joint pain, stroke, allergies and skin diseases. FREE MEDICAL CAMP:
Sharada Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital, Talapady, Mangalore, in collaboration with Shiva seva vrunda kunduru, Jagdguru Shree Nityananda Maha peetam Charitable Trust Kondevuru organized a Free Medical Camp on Sunday, 5th October 2025 at Kalatturu. Around 120 patients received free medical consultations and medicines. Dr. Shashank Muralidharan and Dr. Sushmitha served as the chief consultant.
