Why Consistency Matters
Without regular myofascial release, the physical toll of sitting and mental stress accumulates quietly, leading to chronic stiffness and fatigue. By making it a habit, you shift your physiology in three key ways:
• Circulatory Boost: It optimizes the flow of oxygen and nutrients, allowing muscles to repair faster and stay flexible.
• Hormonal Balance: It actively lowers cortisol (stress) while increasing serotonin and dopamine, creating a sustained state of emotional calm.
• Physical Resilience: It lowers blood pressure and interrupts the cycle of tension that causes “normal” daily aches and sleep disruption.
Ultimately, the difference is simple: you can either let your body carry stress forward, or use regular release to leave it behind.

My physio said “movement is medicine.” I’m just micro-dosing today. 🤏💊

They call it a “scooter ride.” Your spine calls it “unplanned compression therapy.” Come see us if the adventure was a little too real.

We use our hands to assess, not just to relax. 👐
Manual therapy is a tool, but movement is the medicine.

A cervicogenic headache (CGH) is a “secondary” headache, meaning it is caused by an underlying issue in the neck (cervical spine) rather than being a primary condition like a migraine or tension headache.
Essentially, it is referred pain: your brain perceives pain in your head, but the actual source is a problem in the joints, ligaments, or muscles of your upper neck.
Key Symptoms
Because these headaches originate in the neck, they have very specific characteristics:
• One-sided pain: The pain almost always stays on one side of the head.
• Starts in the neck: It typically begins at the base of the skull or the neck and radiates forward to the temple, forehead, or behind the eye.
• Triggered by movement: Pain is often sparked by specific neck movements or by holding your head in one position for too long (like looking at a phone or computer).
• Reduced mobility: You may notice a stiff neck or a significantly limited range of motion when trying to look over your shoulder.

Stop treating just the symptoms and start treating the source. 🧠✨
Here at Physi CuRe, we use Manual Muscle Therapy and Myofascial Release to unlock stiffness and restore true mobility. It’s not just about a quick crack or pop—it’s about remodeling the tissue and releasing the tension that has been building up for years.
Whether it’s chronic back pain or a sports injury, your body deserves a reset.
