Dr.Swati Anvekars Ileostomy,colostomy and Urostomy People Group Myself being a ileostomy patient I would like the people with similiar case or colostomy or urostomy

This group has been set up with the purpose to help the people with existing ileostomy,colostomy or urostomy.Also we target to advice and guide the people who will be undergoing such surgeries.Most of the times we face the problem of shortage of the bags or the related material required for bag fixing.With each others help and guidance we can make a alternative provision to supply bags in our resp

ective town,city or villages where ever such people are existing.Sharing experience makes us more matured in any field.So my intention is to be friends with people like me.So please dont hesitate open up and be a part of this group its open for all people of ileostomy,colostomy and urostomy.Thanks for ur patience to give me few seconds by reading this.Regards

Ran walk Goa River Marathon 10 kms completed in 1.29 hrs without much practice Kept it simple just walked all the inclines on the way and ran on flat road It’s must to even practice properly to run GRM 10 km if you want to achieve best time that’s what u have learned today.
Anyways after long time gave try running 10km but practice is must to avoid fatigue and injury

After long break enjoyed participating in 10 km rotary rain run did run walk in 1.37 hrs due to some unavoidable circumstances in middle of the run but still it was quite good experience enjoyed the run and cherry on top was lovely breakfast

Today I have completed a milestone of 12 years. Today is 12’th birthday of my ileostomy surgery due to which I am alive and enjoying my life to fullest. This wouldn’t have been possible with out support of my family my husband my son my mom in law my maid Jamuna and my other family members who have been huge support to me and also my friends who morally supported me In my battle with colo re**al cancer.
Initial days were tough to accept the big change of stoma and stoma bag on my body but as I gradually accepted it it became immortal part of my body and life without which I would not exist I think.
Thanks to Dr Mahesh Goel and his team for doing Such major surgery laparoscopically and in minimal invasive manner.
Olivia Raberts, Dr Bhavna Sirohi, Dr Reena Engineer, Deshmukh saheb, Dr Ashwin Dsouza, Dr Shekhar Salkar, Dr Sardeshmukh all of you have been a wonderful medical support for me in my toughest times.
My friends Hemlata, Sushma, Megha, Malati,Chitra, Ranjita,Sh*tal,Mangesh, Sudhir,Nilesh,Pranita,Pradnya, Vandana etcwho have been great support to me and many more who didn’t meet me physically but kept me their prayers.
My siblings Aparna, Sonali, Kedar who supported in all possible manner May it be emotionally financially morally etc
Last but not the least my elder mama bhai mama and mami and my cousin brother Shreyas and Milind for providing me their flat to stay for the entire period of the treatment absolutely free of cost.
I will never be able to repay what you all have done for me in this life.

Hi Guys please give me a opinion on how about starting a series of videos in Hindi and Marathi on my current YouTube channels Aarogyaa health remedies Hindi and Marathi for ostomates in India and Indian ostomates around the globe
As I feel this will help in increasing awareness about ostomates there problems stoma care stoma supplies etc
Of course I’m between I will be posting other health related videos too on it but i feel I should explain about ostomates and their lives and issues they face and I feel I being one will be able to do it more effectively
