Breast feeding is the best gift a mother can offer her newborn baby.
How do you judge whether breast feeding is adequate for your baby ? Keep a check on the following cues
1) Baby takes feed for approx 20 mins n goes to sleep comfortably for about 2hrs
2) Urinates 6-8 times a day
3) Weight gain is adequate
4) Mother feels that the breast feels empty after feeding the baby and there is leaking from the other breast while feeding from one side.
