Hi dr sonal,
here we go. Before the pancha karma I was feeling generally well but having issues with my skin usually at ovulation and menstruation time. I had got a little run down before having covid. During the panchakarma on day one of taking the ghee I got light naseau and headache which continued into day two. Detox feeling. Days three, four, five I had extreme nausea after the ghee and until it was digested and I ate lunch but headache was gone. I had dihorrea from day three onwards and so felt quite tired and drained by day six. I really enjoyed the day off and no ghee! The purge was quite simple, I was going to the toilet within 1.5hrs of drinking the herbs and continued going 10 or 11 times. The next few days I felt tired and hungry. Day 9 there was a lot of energy rushing and reorganising in my body and I felt quite delicate. I had disturbed sleep until after day 10 and it felt like physically I had processed everything but the mental processing was still going on. After the 10 days I felt light, happy, slimmer. My appetite is still a little less and I am sleeping very well now. Just had my menstruation which had been slightly heavier than usual like again a release. Blood was very red and flowing with no clots until day three, today, as it slowed down I had one quite large clot/ lining came out. My skin leading up to my bleed was glowing and only had a few heat type pimples during which heal very quickly. After the cleanse I have the intention to look after my energy better and to spend less time with technology and more doing physical projects outdoors where I am happiest. Thank you so much again for a wonderful healing experience 🙏🏻
