Advance Backbends Workshop🌟
Backbends are one of the key spinal movements in an asana practice; however, they can be challenging both physically and emotionally. Deepening your backbend practice has a plethora of benefits for your physical and mental well-being, especially for the maintenance of your spinal health and alignment. To help students cultivate the benefits of backbends we will be conducting a backbend workshop in November 2022.

Over a weekend(26th & 27th November’22 ) we will help you find the strength and flexibility to enter and hold a variety of backbends.

Chandra Taal!

My "taal" was not setting here at all for some reason. The air was so thin, breathing into an asana was getting increasingly difficult for me.

Although I knew what was happening, it still took my mind some time to accept it.

It made me realise that some things are not in my control and acceptance is the only way forward.

Fun Fact - Nobody knows how deep this holy lake really is. It has also been proven dangerous to swim in this lake as it can pull you in as you go deeper.
