Around 100-120 CAs , students, women were screened and advised accordingly.

A young male presented with Alternate Divergent Squint with Left eye being the dominant eye.

His Right eye was operated and he has got a good post operative result . At 10 days, postoperative, there is good alignment and the redness will subside completely in sometime.

99% of the surgeries at our centre are done under Topical Anesthesia which means
NO INJECTION
NO BANDAGE
NO STITCHES
and it is PHACO (LASER) procedure.

The patient goes without any bandage in a few hours.

Though we tell everyone that eyes are the most sensitive part so there is some gritty sensation, watering or discomfort on Day 1 which gradually settles with medication by the next day.

Alternate Divergent Squint Left eye ( Right Eye Dominant) was operated upon at our centre .
They had consulted various surgeons at Delhi including AIIMS (since the girl is working with a corporate in Delhi ) and were very apprehensive. We planned her left eye surgery.

10 days post operative , the eye is slightly red since squint surgery requires sutures to be placed. But the results we obtained as fas as ocular alignment is considered, are quite satisfactory and the patient was quite happy and relieved.
This redness is mild and will clear up in a few days and the eye will look absolutely normal too.

Congenital Cataract in a 2 year old child got operated at our centre. Left eye phacoaspiration with foldable IOL with PCC and LAV was done under general anesthesia.

The bandage was opened today and the eye is absolutely quiet, no redness, no reaction.
There is slight bruising below lower lid which is because of the local anaesthesia injection given at that site. This will absolutely clear out.
The child is quite comfortable and smiling.

Right eye divergent Squint was operated upon. 3 weeks post operative the results are good and there is good alignment....

There is no pain, redness, swelling which is usually there on 1st post operative day as we open the bandage and the eye looks absolutely normal.
