A Case of Roadside Accident of a young male patient managed efficiently. A 25 year old male patient presented with lacerated lower labial vestibule and mobile teeth. Teeth reduced into position, splinting done and wound sutured. Patient recalled after 10 days to check the vitality of the lower teeth.

As the saying goes “ Treatment is not expensive but neglect is”. This 55 year old female patient walked into our clinic with tears and severe pain giving a history of immediate fixing of teeth by a roadside so called dentist (Quack or unqualified dentist). On examination she had gum st*****rs in both upper and lower arch with heavy calculus deposits and multiple mobile teeth and severe hallitosis. These kind of “Jugaad” are a potential cause for oral cancer if not removed and treated on time.

Yet another case Scanned with for full mouth rehabilitation. Patient has complete Deep Bite and generised attrition with severe sensitivity to hot and cold. Tooth surface has suffered a lot of damage due to years of Supari Chewing. Treatment plan discussed and initiated. Will upload the final outcome soon!!

Years of Chewing Supari (Areca Nut) causes severe damage to the teeth and jaw bone…The immense pressure of chewing the Supari has caused lot of enamel damage, discolouration, gum recession and loss of vertical height in this patient…Intra Oral Scan done for this patient and treatment plan has been discussed for a Full Mouth Rehabilitation including Multiple Root Canal Treatments followed by metal free crowns (Zirconia)
