Patient presented with severe chest pain .
Coronary angiogram showed Distal LM 90% with ostial LAD 100% with some disease at LCX ostium

Treated with LM to LAD and LCX bifurcation angioplasty using mini crush technique with excellent results

Patient presented with AWMI .angiography showed LAD - Diagonal artery bifurcation lesion.
Stents were placed at bifurcation using MINI CRUSH technique via radial artery route .

Patient presented with severe breathlessness and was found to have RHD with very severe mitral stenosis .
Successful balloon mitral valvotomy ( BMV ) done and patient was discharged in asymptomatic condition

A 55 year old female patient presented with acute Anterior wall MI ( heart attack ) who had previous stenting done in major OM2 in the past. Angiography showed LM disease with critical ostioproximal LAD and LCX disease with major OM stent ISR mid LCX disease.
Bypass surgery was offered to the patient but refused by her attendants therefore successful bifurcation angioplasty to LM to LAD and LCX with kissing balloon dilatation of LCX-OM2 bifurcation done. Patient is clinically and hemodynamically stable post operatively
