Patient presented with sudden onset right arm and hand pain with numbness and loss of movements in fingers. Angiogram showed right radial artery thrombus .
Successful thrombus aspiration done with recanalization of artery after which pain and numbness was gone and patient regained full finger movement

Patient presented with severe chest pain .
Coronary angiogram showed Distal LM 90% with ostial LAD 100% with some disease at LCX ostium

Treated with LM to LAD and LCX bifurcation angioplasty using mini crush technique with excellent results

Stents were placed at bifurcation using MINI CRUSH technique via radial artery route .
