Psychology student life is all about balance… or at least trying to find it, right? Sure, I’m studying stress management and mental health disorders, but let’s be real—I still freak out over midterms, avoid my own issues, and sometimes really don’t feel like adulting. Because, well, I’m a chill girl!

Whether it’s picking psychology because fixing people’s problems sounds way more fun than dealing with my own, or choosing to take shortcuts (friends for surveys, anyone?), life doesn’t always go according to plan. But hey, it’s all about finding those little moments of chill, right?

I might be supposed to calculate t-scores, but instead, you’ll find me creating memes or flexing my “content creator” skills. That’s the vibe. Sometimes it’s okay to take a break from being perfect, laugh at yourself, and keep it light.

At the end of the day, it’s about embracing the chaos while learning and growing along the way. So, if you’re out here just trying to juggle it all like the chill girl you are, you’re definitely not alone!

Happy Anniversary to the love of my life! 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨💖 You came into my world when I had almost given up on love, and you’ve truly shown me what it means. You’ve been so selfless, always putting me first, and making me feel special every single day.

I love hearing about the moments from our late-night weekend chats, when you’d sneak glances at me in the college canteen, from the corridors and staircases, while I was busy in the college lawn, studying and playing with squirrels. How you’d even take the longer route to the washroom just to catch a glimpse of me through the classroom window.

All these romantic moments, that I had no idea about at the time, still give me the sweetest chills whenever you tell them. Even though I’ve heard them a million times, they always feel fresh and exciting, reminding me of how deeply I’m loved.

Three years of marriage already – it feels like time has flown by! The journey has been a rollercoaster, but we’ve built such a beautiful life together. You’ve been a constant source of support, not just at home, but also in my clinic journey, helping me manage everything. There’s so much you’ve done for me that words can’t fully express.

Healing is about embracing your true self, even if it means standing out from the crowd. Too often, trauma makes us feel like we need to hide who we truly are to be accepted. But real growth happens when we stop pretending and start showing up as our authentic selves.
