Naturopathy the way to live happy life ...
The root cause of all diseases whether communicable or non-communicable is our poor life style and our own actions. (not the germs)
What ever good or bad happens in our lives is the result of our own actions. We many a times blame our destiny but destiny is also the result of our own past actions.
All theories regarding causes of diseases, in fact, only describe the effects of the diseases and not the cause. For eg. Genetic theory of diseases describes that some change in genes is responsible for diseases. But that is the effect and not the cause. The question is that what is the cause of change in the genes? Our own actions is the root cause.
Presence of virus or germs doesn't make any difference but the level of our immunity definitely makes.
The basis of immunity is our life style. There are many chapters on the topic of correct life style in Ayurveda but unfortunately none in Allopathy. No conference ever held on the platform of modern medicine to discuss correct life styles. Conferences are always held to promote drugs or techniques.
Most of the allopathic drugs cause microbiome dysbiosis and decreases immunity like antimicrobials, pain killers, PPIs which are part of generally most of the prescriptions today.
It is the fraudulent propaganda of multinational pharma industry that health can be maintained by consuming chemical drugs full of adverse effects for the whole life and diseases can be prevented by drugs or vaccines alone.
Health is the primary responsibility of the individuals themselves.
Natural state of being is health and everybody has to do efforts to maintain it by following correct life style.
It is a misconception that whatever is to be done for the health will be done by drugs or doctors alone.
If we really love our families, our primary responsibility is to keep ourselves healthy. It is our dearest ones who suffer the most when we ourselves fall ill due to our own imprudent actions.
We must remember this next time when we indulge in sense pleasures in excess or in inappropriate manner and when we miss our physical fitness daily routine.
Keep yourself healthy not for your own self but for the sake of your near and dear ones whom you love the most.
We must follow the rules of maintaining health and correct life style.
According to Ayurveda, the correct life style includes -
Daily regimen
Moral regimen
Seasonal regimen
Sustainable or Unsustainable urges of body and mind.
(Natural urges of body should not be sustained and must be released like fart, yawn, feeling to pass stools or urine etc.
Urges of mind should be sustained or checked like lust, anger, greed, attachment to worldly objects, ego and jealousy etc.)
Diet, Sleep and Celibacy, these are three pillars of health according to Ayurveda. Their principles should be followed. All have been described in great details in Ayurveda scriptures.
Daily regimen includes daily bath, passing stool and urine, constipation is not acceptable at all, cleaning teeth, tongue, putting oil in both nostrils, ears, doing gargle of oil, applying oil over whole body, washing eyes daily, having good sleep at proper time etc.
Apart from physical regimen, the moral regimen is equally important for maintaining health which includes having compassion for others, helping others without any selfish motives, having purity in s*xual relations, not having s*x with other's life partners, speaking truth, earning livelihood with full honesty, having non violence in life etc. etc.........
The real parameters of one's health are-
Able to pass stools daily,
Having good appetite,
Able to sleep properly and
Having happy mind.
No need for costly health check ups. That's all business.
