We are pleased to share the success of Trackboons Skill Development Orientation Programs at Meerut College, a historic institution over 100 years old, and RG PG Girls College, Meerut, in partnership with Navjyoti India Foundation. The programs saw significant student participation, with a focus on the urgent need for skill development to thrive in today’s world. Riddhi Jain, a 16-year class 12 student, shared her experience of how passion and dedication to building skills helped her secure international opportunities. Neetu Sharma Joshi, Director of Urban Programs at NIF, emphasized the importance of these skills and explained how their programs provide internships and placement support. Trackboons also proudly signed an MOU with RG PG Girls College to continue supporting student growth. Our sincere thanks to the principals, professors, and teams at both colleges for their outstanding efforts in ensuring the success of these initiatives, which prioritize student welfare and future readiness.

Had a great experience during the online workshop on " *Stress symptoms and coping Skills"* at AKP (PG) College Khurja. College Principal Professor Dimpal vij ji participated in the workshop and at the end of the workshop she told how she is trying to develop new skills for the Students. Emphasis on skill development is very necessary in today's environment. Our government has given a immense attention to skill development even under the new education policy. In this sequence, During the workshop, she also offered me to join the college medical team, which is really a matter of great honor for me. UNICEF branch is also going to open soon in the college. The credit goes to Dr. Geeta Singh ji, Head of the Department of Psychology, for conducting the entire workshop so well. Thanks again for giving me the opportunity to interact with Student.
