GIR cows prefer staying in the sun than in shade, whereas all the american and jersey cows run to find shade even before noon.
The reason behind this contrary is the presence of Surya Ketu Nadi in the hump of the GIR cow breed which absorbs the energy from sun. Upon interaction with solar rays it produces ionized gold salts. These salts are present in GIR cow's milk and urine.
Ionized gold is of immense medicinal value.
For instance-
Gold is the most effective mineral used to reduce joint inflammation, Gold is a traditional remedy for arthritis.
It is used as a nervine tonic for it has a beneficial impact on mind, it also increases memory.
