Hi Everyone....
As we all are in bad time due to the covid 19 spread in country and loosing our nears and dears and it is becoming very difficult to save our self from this.
We as a team request you to please take extra precautions while going out of your house.
Carry one sanitizer with you before leaving your house for anything urgent and wear mask properly. This is for the safety of you and others coming into the contact. Make a distance while talking to anybody within family or outsiders. Try to avoid face to face talk or avoid standing in front in spite of that try to be in different direction while talking to anybody.
Those who affected with corona virus, try to follow below guidelines.
1. Keep thermometer for regular temperature check like 4 times a day in case you feel fever and take any paracetamol tablet in 650 mg.
2. Keep one oximeter ready for regular oxygen level check and take steam with plain water at least 3-4 times a day.
3. Take vitamin c tablets twice daily.
4. Try to take water boiled with Giloy stems for better immunity strength and other benefits.
5. Always take little warm water and it should be 3-4 liters in a day or may be little more in case u can have it.
Most important thing is avoid any contact with anybody else for next 10-14 days and keep urself engage well like watching videos and series which may help you to spend good during this time.
Most of the people are in worst conditions due to panic situation sometimes with negative people around and rest is because of news channel showing just about covid affected patients and deaths.
Patients are not just dying because of covid but also because of anxiety and it may lead to heart failure and you have to avoid doing this with you and you nears and dears.
