Mental and Spiritual Benefits :

🌿 Yoga - a Legacy of Love 🌿

There are encounters that change the course of a life. For me, Yoga has been this encounter. An encounter that arrived in my life in the form of a sacred sharing between a mother and her daughter 👩‍👦

After the loss of my stepdad, an immense emptiness settled in. I entered in a deep silence. For months, I was not able to speak. I had to give up the last year of high school because I was being harrassed as I was skeletic and unable to socialise. I went from the hyperactive social little girl to a complete and dark void of suffering and pain 🌀

It was already my 4th high school : I was definitely not made for the educative system. A proof for many parents that, with a lot of love and trust, there is still hope⚡️

That’s when my mum, in all her gentleness, opened the door to a practice that was about to transform my entire life 🌬

She offered me that light, that breath, that path toward healing. And it all started as a divine feminine reunion as we were practicing every Sunday with my grandmother, my mum and my sister. Sunday morning.. The day of the Sun🌞

If I knew at that time that it would allow me to heal, allow me to travel the entire world, to learn and teach in soooo many different places : jails, associations, sports club, companies, universities, schools, hotels.... My God ! It has been such a incredible journey 🥹😯

For me, it wasn’t just a practice — it was a rebirth. The mat became a sanctuary, a sacred space where tears could flow freely, where my breath found rhythm again, where my heart slowly rebuilt itself 🫶

Day after day, pose after pose, I learned to reconnect with life, with my body, with the present moment. And with every breath, I could feel a whisper of her voice — her wisdom, grace and unconditional love ♥️

Mummy.. You always trusted me.. Even when I was trying all sorts of s**t, even through my drug & alcohol period. You have been a rock in all storms 🌪

You have been my guide and my inspiration. I'm so proud to have a mum like you, who never gave up even when we were losing everything ❤️‍🔥

✨ The Sacred Rituals of India : The Art of Pooja ✨

In India, a Pooja (or Puja) is more than a ritual — it’s a sacred moment of connection between the human and the divine, a conversation between the soul and the divine 🌺

Each gesture, each flower, each flame offered represents gratitude, devotion, and the intention to bring harmony between body, mind, and spirit. Its a way if saying thank you to life itself 🙌

During a Pooja, offerings like incense, ghee lamps, water, fruits, and flowers are presented to the divine as symbols of purity and surrender. The sound of mantras, the rhythm of the bell, and the scent of sandalwood create an atmosphere where time seems to pause — reminding us that the sacred can be found in simple acts of presence and love 💫

In the quiet rhythm of the Moon Salutation,
We meet the lunge.

A gentle, non-invasive hands-on approach that helps release tensions deeply rooted in the nervous system, to relieve pain & dysfunction. It focuses on releasing restrictions in the craniosacral system - the membranes & cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) that surround & protect the brain & spinal cord. We quickly understand how vital & important it is 🙌

My journey in India since 3 months has been totally turned towards learning :
•How the mind works & impacts the entire system 👁
•New methods to release traumas, to help people heal gently, efficiently 🫂
And.. The Universe made our paths cross again with Satyam, where another huge discovery took place ☄️

Using soft touch, usually no more than 5g, through different parts of the body - including fascia. Doing so, we help the nervous system unwind, balance the body & restore its natural rhythm 🎶

We gently follow the "pulse", the rhythm of the CSF. Creating space for the body to activate its natural healing abilities — with presence, softness & deep listening.

It seems magical and it is !! It's actually the first system that appears in our mothers' womb. WATER IS LIFE !! 🩵💧

It's also deeply linked to the idea of Kundalini (heeey Yogic friends 🤗), as this fluid moves along spine and brain.

This subtle yet profound technique supports physical, emotional & energetic healing. It can help relieve migraines, chronic pain, anxiety, insomnia, trauma imprints & much more — not by fixing, but by listening. We tune into the body's inner wisdom & let it guide the process 🌬

It was for me completely transformative. As the days passed, I could really feel how my nervous system relaxed. How my mind became more quiet. How everything surrounding me became more intense, alive. Nature, colors, people.. 🤝

This practice has taught us that healing doesn’t always require force — sometimes, the lightest touch is the most powerful.

A heartfelt thank you to our amazing teacher, for guiding us with such wisdom, clarity & compassion. Your presence & teachings have opened a deeper path of connection to ourselves and to others. Forever grateful 🙏🫶
