ANXIETY को ठीक करने का सही तरीका क्या है
Many people have a way of dealing with their low moods or depression or anxiety. Some find happiness in eating, some in traveling, and some in other activities. So, this is the way to feel happy. It's the secret of happy hormones. All these activities. All these activities secrete happy hormones. But all of this is temporary, and if you do them in the long run, they become nothing more than an escape. You also develop addictions. For example, I had a client who felt depressed . She didn't address the root cause and started seeking pleasure from shopping or food . So, what happened? She started eating a lot of junk food. She just ordered it and it arrived. So, gradually, she started gaining weight and her body shape started deteriorating. She started spending too much. So she started having issues with her husband, saying, "Your expenses have increased so much. Now I'm facing a financial burden ." But she didn't address the root cause, the reason she could have actually felt true happiness. So she resorted to this method of escape. These are all unhealthy coping mechanisms. Whenever you go out for food, for a walk, for an outing, or for shopping, because if you're going somewhere else, the environment will change for a while. Your mood will change. You've suppressed those issues within you for a while . But as soon as you enter the same environment, all those suppressed issues will surface again.
