Managed with Intubation, Invasive Mechanical Ventilation, Surfactant therapy, UVC insertion, PPN, iv Sildenafil infusion and iv ionotropes. Subsequently after stabilisation, shifted to OG feeds, Non invasive ventilation, femoral CVC insertion for IV fluids and iv antibiotics.
Discharged happily after weaning off all supports.
