her total bile acids was 34 (normal being less then 10 ) and cord loops around neck 🧣 of unborn 🐥 making her a high risk case and high risk for intrauterine fetal demise and making normal delivery risky from 🐥 point of view .

Her sgpt was 680 and sgot was 658 ( Normal RangesSGPT (ALT): Around 7–56 U/L.
SGOT (AST): Around 5–40 U/L.)
highly deranged making her a high risk for heavy severe bleeding post delivery .
labor was induced with pain inducing medicines and progress of labor was monitored closely so as to ensure healthy muma and baby 🐥.
By God s grace and blessings she delivered by normal delivery 3.1 kg baby 🐥
