एक्यूप्रेशर (Acupressure), इलाज का एक प्राचीन तरीका है जिसमें शरीर के विभिन्न हिस्सों के महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं पर दबाव डालकर बीमारी को ठीक करने की कोशिश की जाती है. दरअसल, हमारे शरीर के मुख्य अंगों के दबाव केंद्र यानी प्रेशर पॉइंट्स (Pressure Points) पैरों के तलवे में और हथेलियों में होते हैं. अगर इन दबाव केंद्रों की मालिश (Massage) की जाए तो शरीर का जो प्रेशर पॉइंट जिस अंग को प्रभावित करता है उससे जुड़ी बीमारी में इससे राहत मिल सकती है.
