Follow this instead
•Plenty of fluids
•Do not use intimate washes
•Pass urine every 3-4 hours
•Do not hold urine for too long

• Blood gp
• CBC
• FBS
• Thyroid Profile
• Hb Electrophoresis
• Rubella IgG
• Varicella IgG

Hormonal tests and detailed fertility investigations will be advised by your doctor as and when required.

Folic acid and Vitamin D supplements are important.

Healthy diet, Exercise and Meditation can never be replaced by investigations or medicines.
