Sharing a case of 75y old patient presented with Ischemic cardiomyopathy s/p CABG & MVR with severe LV dysfunction(EF-25% with baseline Ecg s/o LBBB (QRS>175msec) and was very symptomatic (NYHA-III) despite medication..

Post procedure patient was asymptomatic and discharged in stable condition.
