The timing of your meal matters just as much as what’s on your plate. 🍽️📉

When we eat a heavy dinner late at night and go straight to bed, our body doesn't get the chance to burn those calories. Instead, the liver has to work overtime to process that energy, often leading to Fat Buildup (Fatty Liver).

As I always tell my patients at Max Healthcare: "Dinner ke baad movement, liver ke liye investment." (Movement after dinner is an investment in your liver.)

Daily Habit: Try to finish dinner at least 2-3 hours before sleeping and include a gentle 15-minute walk. Your liver will thank you for it! 🚶‍♂️✨
