EM: Hibiscus + ajwain + saunf tea
Breakfast: Egg bhurji with toast & kimchi
Mid-meal: Nuts + 1 scoop protein
Lunch: Kimchi chicken curry with rice, salad & curd
Evening: Mixed salad with seed mix
Dinner: Dal (no tadka) + egg whites
Post: camomile tea

Fat loss doesn’t need fancy food.
It needs structure and honesty.

Many people switch from sugar to jaggery thinking it’s a “healthy” upgrade.

But the truth is — the calories barely change.
For the same cup of chai, sugar and jaggery give almost identical:
• Calories
• Carbs
• Impact on weight
🔍 So what’s the actual difference?
Purity and processing.
Jaggery is less refined and contains trace minerals like iron and potassium.
Sugar is highly processed and offers only empty calories.
But here’s the part most people miss 👇
If your chai is sweetened and you’re having it 2–3 times a day, your body still sees it as added sugar — whether it comes from sugar or jaggery.
✅ For fat loss, insulin control, and daily calorie balance,
quantity and frequency matter far more than the source.
Jaggery chai isn’t bad.
Sugar chai isn’t poison.
The problem is multiple sweet cups every single day.
Small daily habits compound — for better or worse.

7.5 KGS GONE IN JUST 30 DAYS 🥳

Today’s transformation story is of Harmeet, a home-maker from Ludhiana.
