Women have sugar cravings due to imbalanced Spleen. the spleen is responsible for Digestion,Metabolism and energy production when the spleen gets deficient in our body then it leads to sweet cravings. The menstrual cycle in women also make their spleen deficient because spleen energy is used to make blood. Also when in the menstrual cycle the blood is lost too your calcium will also be depleted because calcium is 90% stored in our blood &
As calcium is sweet in nature so body is actually demanding the calcium but we think that the body is demanding sweet foods like chocolates pudding coke , cake,cookies ,Apple pie,ice creams caramel etc
Well!
So the question is how to stop sweet cravings ?Just by increasing calcium and other nutrients in your diet sugar craving will tremendously come down.
