From confusion to clarity.
From hesitation to expression.

Had the opportunity to conduct a Career Fair and one-to-one career counselling sessions at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Budgam (Srinagar, J&K).

Each conversation was unique—students sharing their aspirations, doubts, and sometimes fears they had never expressed before. Through these sessions, the focus was not just on choosing a stream or career, but on helping them understand themselves better and make informed, confident decisions.

Moments like these remind us that career counselling is not just about options, it’s about listening, understanding, and guiding.

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to facilitate a Mental Health Awareness Session at Gemini Solutions, Panchkula, in collaboration with The Mood Space.

Instead of just talking about mental health, we focused on experiencing it through:

It’s a **living, breathing learning ecosystem** — where ideas move faster than instructions, and minds open wider than notebooks. 🌱✨

This is what Saarthi Kendra *facilitation* looks like:
