Who we are & What we do ?
Serve Humanity Serve God is a team of volunteers provides help to those poor and needy patients who cannot afford to pay for their medical treatment. “We ‘adopt’ these people and help them with everything they need — be it a Dialysis, an MRI, a CT Scan, Provide free medicines, an operation, or anything else. Serve Humanity Serve God team majorly helps poor patients who cannot afford to spend money on dialysis and operations of kidney related problems. We also working for the welfare of poor cancer patients at PGI hospital, Chandigarh. We took responsibility of children staying in the compound and take them out on vacations or weekends.
Outside PGI hospital, Team Serve Humanity Serve God involved in many activities. Due to crushing poverty, many families are unable to have their daughters and sisters get married. We try our level best to support families in these difficult situations by providing basic items necessary for newlywed girls, including dresses, shoes, utensils, bedding, fans, sewing machines, and more, along with some financial assistance to offset marriage expenses. Priority is given to orphans and the very poor. We also arranging blood donation camps and collecting blood for needy patients.
The small team raises money by speaking to people across the city — friends, acquaintances, family, strangers – anyone who can help them with funds. It is mostly by word of mouth that donors reach to us.
PGI Chandigarh has many poor patients coming from Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Nepal. They stay at the Gurdwara compound for months, and some, for years. Many such patients come along with their families, including children. About 2,500-3,000 persons including patients and their family members take food at the gurdwara community kitchen daily.

Step 4: After detailed consideration the money is utilized as per your chosen needy/patient or project
Step 5: We track every donation and ensure that we share the video with details about the beneficiary on our page
NOTE: We do not offer CASH to any needy or patient until unless it is extremely emergency situation
