We are happy to share that we have installed the first and only in -house 16*14 FOV Cone Beam CT scan and OPG at our center; now our patients need not go anywhere else for CBCT scan and OPG.
Advantages of larger FOV CBCT
1.Larger FOV machines can capture facial structure from frontal bone to base of mandible in a single scan

2.very useful for airway analysis

3.very useful in multiple maxillofacial fractures and maxillofacial pathology

4 . Very helpful in planning for zygomatic and pterygoid implants which is not possible with smaller fov machines.

5.Almost 90% less radiation exposure then conventional CT scans
