Non-continuous verbs are verbs that we do not normally use with continuous tenses. These "stative" verbs are about state, not action, and they cannot express the continuous or progressive aspect. Here are some of the most common non-continuous verbs:

1-feeling:
hate, like, love, prefer, want, wish
2-senses: appear, feel, hear, see, seem, smell, sound, taste
3-
communication: agree, deny, disagree, mean, promise, satisfy, surprise
thinking: believe, imagine, know, mean, realize, recognize, remember, understand
4-other states:
be, belong, concern, depend, involve, matter, need, owe, own, possess
Ex I was seeming wrong (incorrect)
I seemed wrong (correct)

Ex- He is a minor
These adjectives are used as a noun now

When the verb is transitive then
We will use either Nominative case or objective case pronoun after 'than'
Ex-I like you more than he(that is, mire than he likes )

I like you more than him (that is, more than I like him)

When the verb is an intransitive then we use only nominative case(he/she/it/I/you/we/they)

She is richer than he

Transitive verb-Verb + Object
Ex He is playing in the garden(here garden is an object)
Intransitive -verb

We have seen stylish English error like Myself Mike Sabestein but if we look closely to it we could find it's blunder
Look-Reflexive pronoun such as myself, himself,Ourselves etc are generally used after verbs in order to transfer the action of the verb on a subject Therefore it is a big blunder to use it before Subject
Ex-They enjoyed themselves in the party

Some Nouns ending with s or es are always used with singular verb irrespective of their plural form

Joint possession-
James and John's car means they have same car

Separate possession
James's and John's father
It means the father of both James and John are different

Error-There was1/ no money in the bank2/in james's 3/ and John's joint account 4/No error5
Here both John and James have a common account therefore error is in part 3 so we need to remove apostrophe from James

Antecedent + Relative pronoun
Rules-1-we never use the antecedent of relative pronoun in possessive case
Ex-I have read the Plato's writing who was a follower of Socrates
Here Plato is an antecedent and it is given in possessive form which is wrong according to the explained rule so we need to change 'Plato's writing 'into 'writing of Plato
