A patient 41 years came to our emergency department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology with the chief complaint of heavy menstrual flow since 1 month. On examination Dr Manisha Paul found that her BP is 90/60mmHg, PR is 120/m and hemoglobin is 3.2g/dl on clinical examination. She was diagnosed with a large fibroid polyp on clinical examination. The patient was stabilised with 4 unit blood transfusion and total abdominal hysterectomy with Bilateral salpingo oophorectomy was done under spinal anaesthesia on 1.9.2023 by Dr Manisha Paul. No post-operative complications seen and Patient was satisfied and successfully discharge today on 4.9.2023.
