🥭 Breakfast Bliss:

💧 Water Goal:
Drink at least 4–5 litres daily.

🍽 How Much to Eat?
Your body is unique – listen to it. 🧘‍♀️ Sit comfortably (even on the floor), eat in peace, no phone distractions. Stop when satisfied, not stuffed.
