Position: Pilates Trainer
Location: Physiofit, Opp. Sayaji Hotel, Rajkot
Employment Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do:
• Conduct individual and group Pilates sessions for clients of all fitness levels.
• Design personalized rehabilitation and fitness programs in collaboration with physiotherapists.
• Utilize modern Pilates equipment to improve strength, mobility, and posture.
• Educate clients on proper form, breathing techniques, and injury prevention.
• Work with athletes, neuro patients, and general fitness enthusiasts to enhance movement and recovery.
What We’re Looking For:
• Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat & Reformer preferred).
• Experience working with rehab, prehab, and performance-based clients is a plus.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement patterns.
• Passion for helping clients achieve pain-free movement and peak performance.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
