A 55-year-old female presented with fractures in both the proximal and distal humerus, each with severely shattered intra-articular surfaces. The surgical approach involved two stages: plating for the proximal humerus followed by fixation for the distal humerus. The post-surgery period progressed without complications, and the patient achieved very good results. She was discharged satisfied with her treatment outcome.
