Patient came with THICK MECONIUM STAINED AMNIOTIC FLUID. We were able to deliver her by VACCUM ASSISTED VAGINAL DELIVERY in time. This avoided any NICU admission or MECONIUM ASPIRATION SYNDROME in the baby.
