Blood in urine but no pain?

That’s more dangerous.

Painful blood in urine → often stone or infection
Painless blood in urine → possible warning sign

Dark red, visible blood?
Don’t wait.

Consult a urologist immediately.

Early detection can save life.

Reports normal.
Still no pregnancy?

It may not be just about s***m count.

Male fertility depends on:

• Motility (movement)
• Morphology (shape)
• DNA quality
• Infection status
• Overall s***m health

At least 4% normal morphology is important for better chances of conception.

Infertility is 50% male factor and 50% female factor.

It’s not about blame.
It’s about proper evaluation.

If conception is delayed, don’t panic — investigate correctly.

Bladder stones coming again and again?

There are two main reasons:

1️⃣ Enlarged prostate
When prostate grows with age, urine does not empty fully.
Stagnant urine leads to mineral deposits → stone formation.

2️⃣ Kidney stones that travel to bladder
If they don’t pass out, they grow inside the bladder.

Important:

If prostate enlargement is not treated,
stones will keep recurring.

Treat the cause, not just the stone.

Consult a urologist if you have:

• Difficulty urinating
• Frequent urination
• Pain while passing urine
• Recurrent bladder stones

🚨 “Prostate cancer slow hota hai… toh wait kar sakte hain?”

❌ Not always.

Sab prostate cancer same nahi hote.

🔬 Biopsy & Gleason score se hi pata chalta hai:
Low score → Slow
High score → Aggressive

Even slow cancer agar time par treat na karein
toh spread ho sakta hai.

Early treatment = Cure ka best chance.

Delay mat kijiye.

What is a Ureteric Stone & Why Does It Cause Severe Pain?

A ureteric stone may be very small, but it can cause extreme, unbearable pain.

🧠 Here’s why:

We have two kidneys, and each kidney connects to the bladder through a thin tube called the ureter. Urine passes through this narrow pipe.

👉 When a stone stays inside the kidney, it may not cause pain (non-obstructive stone).
👉 But when it moves into the ureter and gets stuck at narrow points, it blocks urine flow.
👉 This causes pressure on the ureter and kidney — leading to severe spasmodic pain (renal colic).

⚠️ Common narrowing points where stones get stuck:
• Pelvi-ureteric junction
• Iliac crossing
• Bladder entry point

Don’t ignore sudden severe side or back pain.
Consult a urologist immediately.

“Doctor, stapler circumcision mein stitches kyun nahi lagte?”

Circumcision ka matlab hota hai fo****in ka removal, jo conditions jaise phimosis ya balanoposthitis (infection) mein zaroori hota hai — especially diabetic patients mein.

💡 Stapler circumcision ek modern technology hai
✔ Ek hi step mein cut + sealing
✔ Minimal bleeding
✔ No stitches required
✔ Uniform circular cut – better cosmetic result
✔ Faster healing & recovery

Is technique mein stapler automatically skin ko cut bhi karta hai aur seal bhi karta hai, isliye stitches ki zarurat hi nahi padti.

Modern urology mein stapler circumcision = safe, precise & effective option.

Agar fo****in se related problem hai, delay mat kariye.
Specialist se consult kariye ✔️
