Back pain in pregnancy is very common… but you don’t have to just tolerate it. 🤍
3 simple things that really help:
1. Don’t sit or stand for too long
Take small breaks in between. Even a few minutes of stretching can relax your back.
2. Keep your body gently active
Safe prenatal yoga and guided movements reduce stiffness and support your spine.
3. Use support when your body asks for it
A comfortable pregnancy pillow at night and a maternity belt during the day can ease the lower back pressure.
Pregnancy is already doing so much inside your body - a little extra support makes a big difference.
