I am happy share that I had the wonderful opportunity to be invited as a faculty and speak on Laparoscopic Cervical Circlage During Pregnancy, and also to present the Trick knot technique to Temporary Ligation of Uterine Artery at the 18th AAGL International Conference in Mumbai.

Let's talk Menstrual hygiene.

Things to take care when you are in your periods:
1. Always use clean sanitary pads / tampons / menstrual cup.

2. Change your sanitary pad at least 3 times a day. If a menstrual cup is used, empty it once or twice a day.

3. Wash your hands before and after changing the sanitary pad / tampon.

4. Clean your private parts after passing stools and urine.

5. Use clean undergarments and change them frequently.

6. Do not be ashamed to talk about your problems.
