How do we do ????
First set a timer of 2 mints or more from where ever u want to start on ur smart phone
Now lie down on your back hands on your side but a little away from your body.... Palms facing the ceiling
Close your eyes n start relaxing your body and feel the mat completely
With your eyes closed but being completely aware of relaxing every part of your body
Feel your head touching the mat
Feel your neck on the mat
Feel your Shoulders on the mat
Feel your back on the mat
Feel your lower back touching the mat
Drop your ankles on the side and relax
Once the body is relaxed with complete awareness simply start following your breath
Become aware of ur natural breathing process
Breathe in and feel your stomach bloat a little
Breathe out. and feel the air coming out through your nostrils
Continue consciously being aware of this process for the next 1 minute or as much as you want to do.....
Once the time is over you can slowly open your eyes and feel completely Rejunawated.
You may stay in this posture as much as u want......
