can impact our various day-to-day life health issues.

Treat these common health problems with the right sleeping position:

β€’ Neck Pain & Headache - You should place a small rolled towel under your neck.

β€’ Back Pain - To relieve back pain you should sleep with a rolled towel under
your back curve and a pillow under your knees. Or you can lie on your stomach or sideways. It is best to keep changing sides in side lying to avoid pain in pressure bearing areas like shoulder, hips and knee.

Consuming the right foods before and after exercise can boost your results. So, here are some foods you can have before & after your workout to make the most of your hard work!

Before workout: One needs to fuel the body with the right nutrients before the workout session to gain energy and strength for exercising. Including foods which are carb-rich give you ample amount of energy to do your workout & get best results. If you don't have enough time to have a proper meal, then you can always go with carb-rich fruits like bananas or apples.

During workout : Keep yourself properly hydrated as water helps in transporting nutrients to give your body the required energy. Drink water in every 15 to 20 minutes during your exercise session.

Here’s how you lift properly:
β€’ Maintain the natural curve in your lower back. Don’t bend
forward when you lift.
β€’ Squatting instead of kneeling - Stand as close to the
object as possible, positioning it between your knees as
you squat.
β€’ Use your leg muscles & not your back to lift the object
β€’ Hold the object at chest level and don’t turn or twist while
lifting.

When we think of physiotherapy we often think some patient rehabilitating after a car accident, learning to walk again or someone recovering from knee injuries..
They sure do help in those conditions… BUT they also can help people with symptoms of chronic pain, headaches, migraines, age-related issues, etc!
