โข However, one should maintain precaution while performing resistance exercise since it poses a risk of injury.
๐๐จ๐ฐ ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐๐ก ๐ข๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก?
*Adults with diabetes are recommended โฅ 150 min of moderate to vigorous exercise/ activities on at least 3 days/week of resistance training on non-consecutive days.
*Younger population with type 2 or type 1 diabetes can undergo shorter duration (75 min/ week) of vigorous-intensity exercises/ activities
*For children and adolescents with type 2 or type 1 diabetes, 60 min/week of vigorous-intensity exercise is advised.
