Good day everyone!!! This is something we do so dynamically that instead of living our life we keep distracting ourselves so that we do not have to be present with ourselves.

We fill our day with work, friends , parties, Netflix, reels, insta etc etc so that there is not any time for us to spend with ourselves .. coz that’s when the pain , the loneliness, the upsets, past traumas come up.. but ask yourself is this really living life or avoiding it?

This is what needs to be faced , healed and you have to grow from else when it falls on your face it becomes unbearable. Like it happened during covid .. one of the reasons why so many ppl went into depression, anxiety, broke relationships coz it forced us to stop and be present with with ourselves.. If you start living your life , you come out of all the fantasies and see things for what they are and how you can expand your life . This is a conscious choice 💕🌟✨💫

*The idea that you can do it all by yourself does not allow anybody to be in your life or to contribute to it. You can only have people in your life who would not be a contribution to you. You will have only people in your life who are needy and want you to take care of them.*_ Divorceless Relationships

So grateful to be able to facilitate the bars and the new foundation back to back. The highlight for me a new 76 yr Bars Practitioner in town .. ppl she will blow you off… so happy to see my mom choosing more for herself. This Jan she lost her partner , my dad . They had been together for the last 54 yrs. She is a Cancer survivor and a budding Bars Practitioner now . 💕Love you mom for choosing the path of Consciousness ✨💫🌟

When you function from needs, you are trying to manage, control, or direct everything and everyone based on the needs you’ve decided they have to fulfill for you.
